A passionate content creator and Communications Executive with over seven years’ marketing and communications experience. After gaining a wealth of knowledge in content creation, social media, copywriting, and content management, I’m looking for a new challenge in the form of a Communications / Content Manager role.

Liverpool ONE, retail and leisure destination with over 170 stores and restaurants

  • Drafting social media content, B2C blogs, website and SEO copy, e-shots, consumer interest articles, print advertisements and in-app content

  • Spearheading a content strategy that returned Liverpool ONE’s highest organic Christmas Launch, social media engagement to date, achieving a 176k reach, 45k engagements and 57k video views across Facebook, Instagram and Twitter

  • Consulting in content planning meetings and guiding the Social Media Assistant in the creation of visually engaging content that drives digital performance and website KPIs

  • Generating influencer content in line with retail campaigns

  • Launching and managing a retailer app and its content – increasing usage to over 3,600 active users from 170 stores, bars and restaurants

  • Maximising retail offer (+296%) and event (+194%) uploads to the Liverpool ONE website, supporting increases in website traffic of 20% and 213% respectively

  • Being an integral part of the team that delivered Liverpool’s first ever Retail Awards

Additional  Experience

Broadcast Volunteer (September 2010 – September 2011) 

The Roundhouse, London

​

After undertaking training in live broadcast camera operation and editing with London's Roundhouse, I worked on several and productions on behalf of them, initially as a volunteer and later as a freelance ad hoc videographer.

 

Projects included camera operation and editing for productions such as the , featuring artists such as Professor Green. As well as acoustic sessions, and photoshoot videography – which involved interviewing artists including Ed Sheeran. I was also able to create a short film featuring rapper, Tinie Tempah in collaboration with the National Theatre and their production of Fela.
